Hunter Philyaw

Hunter Philyaw is a NC-licensed real estate broker (License #365977) with Beacon Ridge Realty. He works the same six-county service area as the rest of the firm — Catawba, Burke, Caldwell, Alexander, Watauga, Avery — under broker-in-charge Lindsay Philyaw.

He is finishing a Business and Finance degree at Mars Hill College, where he also competes as a sprinter on the track team. The two disciplines that come with that — preparation and follow-through — are the two that matter most in a transaction. Numbers, deadlines, and showing up on time.
